Clear Lake Campground offers a shaded, tree-covered setting on the grassy shores of Lavon Lake. The facility features 23 individual campsites equipped with full hookups (water, sewer, and electricity) alongside hot showers, a boat ramp, and a fishing dock. The park also includes a dedicated group campground that accommodates up to 200 people, featuring private group restrooms, an open sports field, and a picnic shelter outfitted with water, electricity, four cookers, and a campfire ring.

The road in has not been measured -- unknown, not bad. Sits on broad, near-level ground.

Crowded here -- the nearest through road is 0.6 miles off, a 24-site campground. The Lavon Lake shoreline is 0.1 mi off. Night skies measure Bortle 5 -- a rural sky with a glow on the horizon. Open country -- nothing named rises within 30 miles of here. Most sites here have an electric hookup. The nearest town, Wylie, is 2.4 mi off.

September normals 6689°F, 3.1″ rain. Monthly averages, PRISM 1991–2020.
