Belton Lakeview Park features two reservable group day-use pavilions on a forested bluff overlooking Belton Lake and Dam. Created in 1954 on the Leon River, the reservoir offers 136 miles of shoreline. The Overlook area holds 150 people near the dam, while the Franks area accommodates 120 people near the marina. Both sites provide water and electric hookups, flush toilets, picnic shelters, grills, playgrounds, and a volleyball court. While there is no direct water access at the pavilions, a multi-lane public boat ramp is located within the park for lake launch.
