Laguardo is a day-use park situated along the 440 miles of wooded and grassy shoreline of Old Hickory Lake on the Cumberland River. Built for day trips and group gatherings, the park offers a group picnic shelter for up to 50 guests, dispersed picnic tables, a playground, a sandy swimming beach, and a public boat ramp. The site provides direct access to the 22,500-acre reservoir for bank fishing, canoeing, kayaking, and powerboating. Mountain bike trails at Lock 4 Park and Shutes Branch are located just across the lake.

Getting there: From Nashville, take I-40 East to exit 232-B. Continue North on Hwy. 109 approximately 7.5 miles. Entrance to the park will be on the left.
