Willow Grove Campground in TN -- Campground & RV Camping

Willow Grove Campground is set on a high, forested plateau along the shores of Dale Hollow Lake. The facility features 81 single campsites, one double group site, and a large group picnic shelter. Most non-tent sites include 50-amp electric and water hookups. Amenities include drinking water, flush toilets, a dump station, a swimming beach, a volleyball court, a playground, and the 7.5-mile Accordian Bluff Hiking Trail trailhead. The sunken historic Willow Grove Schoolhouse foundation sits offshore for scuba diving, and an adjacent marina offers boat services.

Getting there: From Byrdstown, Tennessee, take Highway 111 south for about 13 miles. Turn north on 294/Willow Grove Road (at Big Springs Market) and continue for about 16 miles, then turn right into the camp entrance, just before Willow Grove Marina. It is recommended that visitors do not rely soley on GPS or Mapquest to reach the park.
