Nancy's Boat to Shore Campground sits along the isolated shoreline of Raystown Lake, accessible exclusively by watercraft from nearby launches like James Creek and Aitch. Sites are arranged in both open grassy clearings and oak-hickory woods, each equipped with a picnic table and campfire ring with a two-tent maximum. The primitive grounds provide vault toilets, but have no electricity or potable water. Boaters come for bass and trout fishing on the lake, with regional footpaths like the Terrace Mountain and Mid State trails running nearby.

The road in has not been measured -- unknown, not bad.

The Raystown Lake shoreline is 0.1 mi off. Exposed here -- the nearest through road is 0.2 miles off, a 50-site campground. Mostly tent-only sites -- 50 boat-in sites, 15 sit on the water. Night skies measure Bortle 2 -- true dark-sky territory. Terrace Mountain stands 1,184 ft above the site, 2.7 miles east. The nearest town, Williamsburg, is 8.8 mi off.

September normals 5376°F, 4.0″ rain. Monthly averages, PRISM 1991–2020.
