Aitch Recreation Area is situated in a cove along the western shore of the 8,300-acre Raystown Lake, accessible from US Route 26. The facility features a fully accessible group shelter with 10 picnic tables and 20-amp electrical outlets, accommodating up to 80 people. On-site amenities include an accessible fishing pier and a paved boat ramp providing direct access to the lake for fishing and boating. Nearby facilities include the James Creek Boat Launch, Tatman Run Recreation Area, and Seven Points Marina.
Getting there: Aitch is located near the town of Marklesburg, PA. From Huntingdon continue 10.5 miles southbound along Rt. 26 to Marklesburg. At Markelsburg turn left onto Aitch Road (marked by sign). Aitch Road leads directly to the Shelter location (0.8 miles).
