Setting
Frog Lake Campground sits at 3,800 feet along the shores of 10-acre Frog Lake in Mt. Hood National Forest. The site provides nearly three dozen single-family tent and RV campsites (RVs over 22 feet not recommended) on dirt and gravel spurs. Sites feature picnic tables and campfire rings, with accessible vault toilets and drinking water available. A day-use area offers a boat ramp for non-motorized boats, canoes, and rainbow trout fishing. Trailheads for the Pacific Crest Trail and Frog Lake Buttes are nearby, offering access for hiking, mountain biking, and off-road vehicles.
Getting there: From Sandy, travel 62 miles east on Highway 26, then continue 1 mile west through the Sno-Park on Forest Road 2610.
