Alder Glen Recreation Site in OR -- Campground & RV Camping

Alder Glen is situated along the Nestucca River National Back Country Byway and the Nestucca Wild and Scenic River in the Oregon Coast Range. The site has 11 individual campsites, each equipped with a paved parking pad, picnic table, and fire ring. Amenities include two vault toilets, a central potable water well, and an accessible trail that leads to a river fishing and viewing platform. The Nestucca River offers notable fishing opportunities, and the Upper Nestucca Off-Highway Vehicle Area sits close by, providing access to designated ATV trails.

Getting there: From Beaver, Oregon: Trip takes is about 17 miles from Beaver, Oregon. Head east on Blaine Rd. At Blaine, take a slight right to continue onto NF-85/Upper Nestucca Rd. The main road will switch from NF-85 and Upper Nestucca River Rd, which finally turns into Nestucca River Rd. Alder Glen Recreation Site will be on the right.
