Setting
Olallie Campground sits along the eastern banks of the McKenzie River at its confluence with Olallie Creek in the Willamette National Forest. The facility offers 16 campsites across two loops, accommodating RVs up to 35 feet as well as tent-only spots. Amenities include picnic tables, trash receptacles, accessible double vault toilets, and a hand-pump water well on the lower loop. On-site activities focus on river swimming, rafting, and fishing, with a day-use picnic area available. The 26-mile McKenzie River National Recreation Trail passes nearby for hiking and mountain biking.
Getting there: From Eugene, take I-105 east to McKenzie Highway 126 for 55 miles to McKenzie Highway. Travel 13 miles beyond McKenzie Highway on 126 East. Olallie is on the left-hand side of the road.
