Setting
Blackberry Campground is set on a wooded bluff overlooking the Alsea River in the Siuslaw National Forest, shaded by cedar and Douglas fir trees. Some campsites overlook the river, while others border an open grassy field. No electric hookups or dump stations are available. Popular activities include fishing for salmon, steelhead trout, and crawfish, along with summer swimming. The ocean town of Waldport is located 20 minutes downriver.
