A 24.5-mile stretch of dirt National Forest road in Lake County, OR. The road serves Big Hole Butte. The road is open seasonally, April 1 to November 30.

Deschutes National Forest, Bend/Fort Rock Ranger District allows dispersed camping here -- 14-day limit.
