Duncan Reservoir Campground sits in sagebrush rangeland west of Silver Lake's dry bed. The site features four single campsites on the reservoir's west side and one group site below the dam on the north end. On-site facilities include a boat ramp, vault toilet, covered picnic shelter, picnic tables, and fire grates. The reservoir is stocked with rainbow trout for fishing and canoeing, with ice fishing possible in winter. No drinking water or services are available at the site; nearest supplies are in Silver Lake, Fort Rock, and Summer Lake.
