Setting
Trapper Creek Campground sits along a small tributary stream of Odell Lake in the Deschutes National Forest. Dense stands of pine and fir with huckleberry underbrush shade the secluded tent and RV sites. Each site comes equipped with a picnic table, campfire ring with grill, and access to drinking water. The property includes a boat ramp providing access to the deep waters of Odell Lake for trout and salmon fishing. Winter sports include snowshoeing and cross-country skiing.
Getting there: From I-5 take exit 188A, heading west on Highway 58 for 62.4 miles, then continue 1.9 miles south on Road 5810 to the campground.
