Topsy Campground sits along the shoreline of the Klamath River within an open ponderosa pine forest, offering views of Mount McLoughlin. The site has 13 first-come, first-served campsites equipped with picnic tables, fire rings, and tent pads. Facilities include drinking water, accessible restrooms, an RV dump station, and a seasonal campground host. The location serves as a base for fishing, picnicking, river boating, and jeep trips into the Upper Klamath River canyon or the nearby High Lakes region.
