Setting
Crescent Lake Campground sits on a hill overlooking Crescent Lake in a glacier basin on the eastern slopes of the Cascade Range. Set within a forest of lodgepole pine, mountain hemlock, fir, and spruce, the site features sandy beaches along the water. Facilities include standard campsites and canvas-style yurts, supported by an on-site boat ramp for fishing, boating, and swimming. The Summit Lake Trail borders the area for foot and bike travel, while an adjacent commercial lodge provides a small general store, restaurant, and boat rentals.
Getting there: From Crescent, travel 12.2 miles west on County Road 61, then 3.5 miles north on Highway 58, then 2.6 miles west on Forest Road 60.
