Setting
Contorta Flat Campground sits along the far shore of Crescent Lake in a lodgepole pine forest near Willamette Pass. It contains 19 large campsites, including waterfront tent spots and spaces sized for large RVs. Facilities are primitive, positioned a short distance from Crescent Lake Resort's general store and rentals. The location provides direct water access for swimming, fishing, and boating, with the Summit Lake Trail nearby for hiking, mountain biking, and snowmobiling.
Getting there: From Crescent, OR: Travel 12.2 miles west on County Road 61/Crescent Cut-off Road, then 3.5 miles north on Highway 58, then 9.9 miles southwest on Forest Road 60.
