Pioneer Ford Campground sits along the Metolius River under a canopy of pine and cedar trees. It offers 20 shaded back-in and pull-through sites suited for tents, trailers, and RVs, with many positioned right at the water's edge. Each site includes a picnic table and fire ring, with vault toilets and drinking water located on-site; site 8 adds an adjacent picnic shelter. Fly-fishing for trout and river hiking are the primary draws, with the 100-mile Metolius-Windigo Trail accessible nearby.
