Blue Bay Campground sits in a pine and fir forest on the south shore of Suttle Lake in Deschutes National Forest. The site provides standard campsites for tents and RVs without hookups, featuring picnic tables, campfire rings with grills, vault toilets, drinking water, and a shallow boat ramp. Waterfront access allows for motorized and non-motorized boating, float-tube fishing for kokanee and brown trout, and direct connection to the 3.2-mile Suttle Lake Loop Trail. Winter activities include snowshoeing and cross-country skiing.
