HART-TISH PARK at APPLEGATE LAKE in OR -- Campground & RV Camping in Oregon

Hart-Tish Campground sits on the shore of Applegate Lake in the Rogue River-Siskiyou National Forest. The site features groomed lawns sloping down to the water, overlooking the Red Buttes Wilderness. Camping options include seven walk-in tent sites (with gear carts) and eight lakeside RV parking spots. Facilities include a boat ramp, fish cleaning station, flush toilets, drinking water, stand-up paddleboard and kayak rentals, and a general store. An 18.5-mile trail loops the lake, while the nearby Collins Mountain Trail climbs 1,000 feet past an inactive 1974 Bigfoot trap.

The road in has not been measured -- unknown, not bad. Overhead clearance here is posted at 25 ft -- the tightest site sets the limit.
