Tyee Campground rests in a broad river canyon along the Umpqua River in southwestern Oregon between Roseburg and the Pacific coast. The site features two camping areas equipped with drinking water spigots, restrooms, an emergency phone, horseshoe pits, and direct river access. It also houses the reservable Tyee Pavilion, which includes six picnic tables, a long serving counter with a sink, electrical outlets, and a large barbecue grill. Ocean-going salmon, steelhead, and bass draw anglers to the river, while the Dean Creek Elk Viewing Area and the Umpqua River Scenic Byway sit nearby.
