Quinn Meadow Horse Campground sits along Quinn Creek and Quinn Meadow off the Cascade Lakes Highway. Designed for equestrian campers, the site features double or quadruple corrals, horse stalls, a manure pit, a watering hole, and extra parking space for trailers. Camp amenities include a picnic shelter, tables, campfire rings, vault toilets, and drinking water, with no electrical hookups available. The Quinn Creek Trail originates in camp, connecting to Hosmer Lake and the 100-mile Metolius-Windigo Trail, which accommodates horseback riders, hikers, and mountain bikers.
