Little Fawn Group Camp sits on the southeastern shore of Elk Lake, 37 miles southwest of Bend along the Cascade Lakes Scenic Byway. The facility offers tent and RV campsites on a first-come, first-served basis, featuring picnic tables, campfire rings with grills, vault toilets, and drinking water. No electrical hookups are provided. The site includes an internal boat ramp, a swimming beach, and a large day-use area. Elk Lake supports boating, windsurfing, water skiing, and fishing, with views of South Sister and Mt. Bachelor visible from points around the water.

Getting there: From Bend, travel southwest on Cascade Lakes Scenic Byway for 35.5 miles. Turn onto Forest Road 4625 and travel 1.7 miles east to the campground entrance.
