Setting
Fall River Campground sits in the Deschutes National Forest west of La Pine, near the headwaters where Fall River bubbles out of the ground before flowing toward the Deschutes River. The location draws visitors primarily for fly fishing for stocked brook and rainbow trout and for hiking the Fall River Trail, which follows the riverbank directly from the campground.
