Horsfall Campground sits in a dune valley within Oregon Dunes National Recreation Area near the Pacific Coast. Positioned near Horsfall Lake, Bluebill Lake, and Haynes Inlet, it serves as a primary hub for off-road vehicle driving. Direct trail access to extensive open dune riding areas lies northwest of camp, while non-motorized options include the nearby Bluebill Lake Trail and Wild Mare Horse Trail. Facilities include campsites with picnic tables and fire rings, flush toilets, drinking water, trash collection, recycling, and a dedicated ATV loading ramp. Coos Bay lies just south.
