Bluebill Campground features 18 reservable campsites located within the Horsfall Area of the Oregon Dunes National Recreation Area, less than a mile from the Pacific Ocean. The campground sits just northwest of Bluebill Lake and offers direct access to the 1.2-mile Bluebill Loop Trail surrounding the water. On-site facilities include drinking water, vault toilets, campfire pits with fire rings, and trash dumpsters. The site is positioned next to off-road vehicle dune trails as well as non-motorized routes like the Wild Mare Horse Trail.
