Post Oak Campground sits on the banks of 4,850-acre Copan Lake along the Little Caney River. The landscape features open prairie meadows and woodlands, with 11,000 surrounding acres dedicated to wildlife management. The facility provides 19 campsites with electric hookups. Amenities include flush and pit toilets, showers, drinking water, and an RV dump station. A three-mile trail system for hiking and horseback riding winds along the lake shoreline.
