Setting
Rocky Point Campground is situated on the upper stretch of Fort Gibson Lake where Flat Rock Creek joins the main channel. Bounded by rocky bluffs to the east and heavy timber to the west, the park features 59 electric campsites, 3 primitive canopy sites, and a group picnic shelter. Amenities include a sandy swim beach, three boat ramps, a courtesy dock, flush and pit toilets, showers, drinking water, and two dump stations. A general store sits just outside the entrance gate. The historic reconstructed frontier post of Fort Gibson is located nearby.
