Setting
Brooken Cove Campground spans the sandy beaches and rocky bluffs of Eufaula Lake in eastern Oklahoma. The facility features 73 shoreline campsites, two group picnic shelters holding up to 100 people, hiking trails, a playground, and a boat ramp for direct lake access. The 102,000-acre reservoir on the Canadian River was created by a dam completed in 1964 and offers fishing for crappie, sand bass, catfish, and striped bass in the tailwaters. Nearby attractions include a local marina, the historic town of Eufaula, and Robber's Cave State Park.
Getting there: From Enterprise, Oklahoma, take Highway 71 north for 5 miles and follow signs to the campground.
