Campground along Kingston Creek in the Toiyabe Range at 7,100 ft, open mid-May to late October. Vault toilets and picnic tables; no potable water. Horses and pack animals permitted with certified hay; dogs must be leashed. No fee. Five miles west of Nevada State Route 376 near Austin, 16 miles south. Access to Toiyabe Crest National Recreation Trail and nearby Groves Lake.
- Limited separation from through roads or other sites here, an 11-site campground with the nearest through road 0.1 miles off.
- Flat ground is scarce: under a tenth of the terrain within a few hundred yards is level.
