Capilla Peak Campground sits at 9,200 feet, offering eight exposed, unpaved campsites suited only for tents and small vehicles, alongside a reservable day-use picnic pavilion. Located high in the Manzano Mountains with views of the Rio Grande and Estancia Valleys, the site provides direct access to the Manzano Mountain Wilderness and a Hawkwatch raptor counting station.
