Clear Creek Campground sits among ponderosa pines along Clear Creek in the Jemez Mountains, under two hours from Albuquerque. The facility features paved RV pads, picnic tables, fire rings, and vault toilets. Anglers fish the nearby streams and San Gregorio Reservoir, while hikers can reach the adjacent San Pedro Parks Wilderness via the San Gregorio, Palomas, and Los Pinos trailheads.
The road in has not been measured -- unknown, not bad. Overhead clearance here is posted at 20 ft -- the tightest site sets the limit.
