Campground in a setting of aspen and mature ponderosa pine, Mt. Taylor Ranger District, Cibola National Forest. Vault toilets only; no potable water. $10 per night camping, $5 day-use. Open May 1–October 15; 14-day stay limit. Trailers limited to 22 feet. Six miles south of Fort Wingate via SR 400 (from I-40 Exit 33). Supports hiking, mountain biking, and picnicking. Recently renovated.
