BLM-managed free campground with 11 developed sites: 5 RV and 6 tent. Each site has picnic table, fire pit, grill; one vault toilet, no water. First-come, first-served, 5-night maximum stay. Located 25 miles south of Carlsbad on highway 62/180. Carlsbad Caverns 14 miles north, Guadalupe Mountains 30 miles southwest.
