Upper Scorpion Campground is a partially developed, free, first-come, first-served camping area located off NM State Highway 15, less than a mile from Gila Cliff Dwellings National Monument. The site sits within walking distance of the West Fork of the Gila River. On-site facilities include drinking water, vault toilets, and select campsites equipped with picnic tables and outdoor grills.
