Setting
Located in White Mountain National Forest off the Kancamagus Highway near Interstate 93, this developed campground centers around a prominent rock formation. It offers 28 wooded sites equipped with picnic tables and tent pads, but no utility hookups. Eight sites share a joint parking area while most others fit small trailers or motorhomes. On-site facilities include vault toilets. Nearby outdoor draws include the East Branch Pemigewasset River, Otter Rocks, Upper Lady’s Bath, and trails to Franconia Falls and Greely Ponds.
Getting there: The campground is conveniently located off Exit 32 (the scenic Kancamagus Highway) from Interstate 93.
