Briar Bottom Group Campground is located in Pisgah National Forest near Burnsville, North Carolina, alongside the South Toe River and beneath Mt. Mitchell. Six group sites each accommodate up to 50 people. Currently closed due to storm damage and expected to remain closed through 2025. Normally operates April 14–October 30 with reservations through Recreation.gov.
