Campground details
Setting
West End Tent and Trailer Campground sits on a hill overlooking the north shore of Fort Peck Lake, offering partial water views from most of its 13 electric-hookup sites. The facility includes picnic tables, fire rings, vault toilets, flush toilets, showers, and water spigots, plus an unhooked overflow area. Located two miles from two boat ramps, it is a primary launch point for walleye, bass, and pike fishing on the 400-square-mile lake. The surrounding Charles M. Russell National Wildlife Refuge offers big game hunting, and Beaver Creek Nature Area is five miles away.
