Perch Point Recreation Area sits west of Fort Peck Dam on the Missouri River, offering views across Fort Peck Lake. Shaded by mature cottonwoods, the site features vault toilets, picnic tables, a disc golf course, and three miles of paved nature trails running along the river. Nearby attractions include the Fort Peck Dam Interpretive Center and Museum, the Leo B. Coleman Wildlife Pasture, the historic Fort Peck Theater, and the 1.1-million-acre Charles M. Russell National Wildlife Refuge.

Getting there: From Glasgow: head south on MT-42 S/State Hwy 24 W and continue onto MT 24 S for 15 miles. Turn right onto Duck Creek Road .2miles. Take a slight left into the Perch Point Recreation Area. From Nashua: Take MT-117 S to Hwy 24. Turn right for .2 miles. Turn left onto Duck Creek road .2 miles. Take a slight left into the Perch Point Recreation area. From MT-200: Take MT-24 N for 59.7 miles. Turn right onto Duck Creek Road .2 miles. Take a slight left into the Perch Point Recreation Area.
