Fales Flat Campground lies in a meadow along the Nez Perce Fork of the Bitterroot River at the base of Nez Perce Pass. Designed primarily for group and equestrian use, the facility features one large group area accommodating 15 to 100 guests with tables, gravel parking, a fire circle, and vault toilets. First-come, first-served individual and stock sites offer hitching racks and a staging area. There are no hookups, drinking water, or trash services. Three nearby trailheads, including Watchtower and Sheephead Creek, access the surrounding Selway-Bitterroot Wilderness.
