Setting
Racetrack Cabin is a 1930s former mining cabin set at 6,300 feet along Racetrack Creek in the Flint Creek Range. The rustic one-room log shelter sleeps four on two bunk beds and contains a wood stove, propane cookstove, dining table, and basic cookware. Outside, you will find an outhouse and a woodshed with a splitting maul. There is no electricity, running water, or sewer. The nearby creek offers trout fishing, and the Pozega Lakes trailhead sits a half-mile away, leading to mountain lake basins along 50-inch motorized and non-motorized trails.
