Snowbank Campground sits along Mill Creek in a dense forest of mature spruce and fir near the edge of the Absaroka-Beartooth Wilderness. The facility features single-family sites and one group site for up to 25 people, equipped with picnic tables, campfire rings, vault toilets, drinking water, and trash collection. The location caters to trout anglers fishing Mill Creek and hikers accessing trails into the Absaroka Range, including the 6.3-mile Wicked Ridge Trail starting near the entrance. Rigs over 30 feet are not recommended due to site constraints.
