Campground details
Setting
North Dickey Lake Campground sits at 3,100 feet elevation on a larch and fir hillside above 800-acre Dickey Lake. The site features 24 tent and RV campsites with gravel parking surfaces, picnic tables, and campfire rings with grills. Accessible vault toilets and drinking water are available, though utility hookups are not provided. The lake accommodates boating, swimming, and fishing for salmon and trout. Campers can hike the half-mile Dickey Lake Overlook Trail or take the trail to Mt. Marston. A day-use area with a grassy beach is located on the opposite side of the lake.
Getting there: From Eureka, travel south on Highway 93 for approximately 13 miles to Fortine. Continue south on Highway 93 for over a mile to the campground.
