Mystic Lake Cabin sits at 6,400 feet among a stand of pines on the southeastern shore of Mystic Lake in the Gallatin Range. Built in 1930, the non-motorized shelter sleeps four on bunk beds with mattresses. Indoor features include a wood-burning cook stove with provided firewood, a table, basic cookware, and tableware. Outside, guests will find a campfire ring, a vault toilet outhouse, and a corral built for two horses. Visitors use the site to fish for trout on Mystic Lake or explore the New World Gulch and Bozeman Creek trails. Guests must pack in drinking water.
