A 57.5-mile stretch of gravel National Forest road in Flathead County, MT. The road is open seasonally, July 1 to August 31.

Flathead National Forest, Tally Lake Ranger District allows dispersed camping here -- 16-day limit. Camp at least 200 ft from water.

19.4 of the 57.5 miles in are maintained only for high-clearance vehicles. Mostly gravel, with 21.1 miles of dirt. Stretches run along a shelf with a drop of up to ~110 ft on the downhill side. Winds through 21 switchbacks. Dead-end road -- no mapped turnaround; expect to back out or unhitch. A gate 54.1 miles in, signed private.
