Setting
Emery Bay Campground sits along the massive Hungry Horse Reservoir in the Rocky Mountains, under 30 miles from the Continental Divide and 15 miles from Glacier National Park's West Glacier entrance. The site offers 26 campsites for tents and RVs, including walk-up options and two large group sites for up to 75 guests each. Amenities include tables, campfire rings with grills, vault toilets, drinking water, and a native boat ramp for smaller watercraft. The reservoir provides access for boating, swimming, and fishing for cutthroat trout, alongside nearby big game hunting.
Getting there: From Martin City, Montana, turn off Highway 2 and continue on the main road through the town heading south. This road becomes East Side Reservoir Road. Continue for about 6 miles into the campground.
