Perched at 5,700 feet in the Big Snowy Mountains, this single-room rustic cabin overlooks the 45-acre Crystal Lake. The structure sleeps up to six guests with provided beds, cookware, a propane cook stove, propane lights, and a wood stove for heat. An outdoor vault toilet is on site, but guests must bring drinking water, bedding, and supplies, and pack out all trash. Adjoining Crystal Lake Campground offers a picnic area and non-motorized boat ramp. Local trails include the Lake Loop and the Ice Caves Trail leading to the mountain ridgetop, with trout fishing on the lake.
