Setting
Limber Pine Campground sits along the banks of Rock Creek under the Beartooth Range, set in a forest of aspen and pine off the Beartooth Highway. The campground offers single-family sites equipped with picnic tables and campfire rings, supported by accessible vault toilets and hand-pumped drinking water. Trash receptacles are located at the adjacent Greenough Lake Campground. Anglers and paddlers can walk a half-mile to Greenough Lake for rainbow trout fishing and kayaking, while hikers and mountain bikers can access the nearby Parkside National Recreation Trail.
Getting there: From U.S. Highway 212, turn off at Rock Creek Road (Forest Road 2421). Go just over a mile to the campground entrance, which should be on the left.
