McCurdy Point Recreation Area sits on the north end of Enid Dam among pine and oak trees, offering direct access and views of Enid Lake. Built for boating and fishing, the site features a year-round boat ramp, a courtesy dock, an accessible fishing pier, and a fish cleaning station. Ground amenities include six individual picnic sites, three covered single picnic spots, a group shelter, and a flush-toilet comfort station.
Getting there: Take exit 233 off of Interstate 55 toward Enid Lake. Go east on County Road 36 for .8 miles. Take a left on to County Road 38 for .4 miles. Take a right onto County Road 189 and you have arrived at the destination.
