Piedmont Park is a public recreation area on the shores of Clearwater Lake in the Ozark foothills, characterized by wooded shoreline bluffs and flowering spring trees. The campground features 97 sites, with electric and water hookups available at many locations. On-site facilities include hot showers, a dump station, picnic shelters, playgrounds, a swim beach, and a boat ramp for lake access. The undeveloped shorelines offer space for boating, jet skiing, and fishing, while regional attractions like Sam A. Baker State Park and the Fort Benton historic site lie nearby.
Getting there: From Piedmont, MO, follow Missouri State Highway HH. Travel on Highway HH for 6 miles to the top of the dam. Turn right and follow signs into campground.
