Setting
Udall Park is a primitive campground situated on the northern end of Norfork Lake in the Ozark Mountains. The park contains nine basic campsites, most offering direct views of the water, with water hookups available at select sites. The surrounding lake is popular for open-water sailing, scuba diving, and year-round fishing for stocked species like striped bass. Located in southern Missouri near the Arkansas border, the park sits about 25 miles east of Bull Shoals Lake and provides a simple base for exploring the surrounding waterways and Ozark National Forest.
Getting there: From Mountain Home, AR, travel 9 miles east on US 412/62, then 19 miles north on SR 101 to State Highway O in Bakersfield, MO. Follow Highway O for approximately 9 miles until you reach Udall Park.
